With the opening of bookings for the 57 luxury flats at Landal Residence Ouddorp Duin, the development of Ouddorp Duin is now complete. The new holiday park is situated next to the existing Landal Strand Resort Ouddorp Duin on Goeree-Overflakkee, with the flats also available for rent through Landal.
Sustainable and Natural
The luxurious two- and four-bedroom flats at Landal Residence Ouddorp Duin are situated directly behind the dunes, allowing guests to walk straight from their accommodation to the beach. The accommodations are built sustainably using natural materials and designed in small, stylish clusters. With natural furnishings, they blend seamlessly into the dunes. The interiors are luxurious and high-quality, with some units featuring a Finnish or infrared sauna. The park is car-free, with a car park that includes charging stations.
Versatile Destination
With the completion of Landal Residence Ouddorp Duin, the development and expansion of Ouddorp Duin, which began in 2014, is now finished. The park offers visitors a versatile beachfront destination, including a surf school, pump track, beach theatre, and both indoor and outdoor play facilities.
Although located on South Holland's Goeree-Overflakkee, the area's dialect, culture, and its position between the North Sea, Grevelingen Lake, and vast polders give it a Zeelandic feel. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for all ages to walk, cycle, play golf, swim, surf, visit towns and villages, and much more. Landal Residence Ouddorp Duin will welcome its first guests this summer.
