Landal Executive Team strengthened with Chief Transformation Officer Martijn Bouquet
Landal is focused on a future-proof integration of park operations, IT, procurement, and brand. Bouquet will focus on driving change, collaboration, and growth, along with coordinating and rolling out strategic plans.
Martijn Bouquet began his career at The Boston Consulting Group. Following key positions as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer in the retail and healthcare sectors, he became Senior Portfolio Manager at Waterland, where he created operational value across portfolio companies.
One of his many projects included the merger of EuroParcs and Droomparken in The Netherlands. His most recent role was Chief Transformation & Operating Officer at Xebia Group, a major international IT consulting and software development firm within the Waterland portfolio. In addition to leading senior management, Bouquet was responsible for the effective integration of acquisitions.
