Landal PUUR Exloo expanded with Extra Luxury wellness homes
In beautiful Drenthe, nestled between heathland, moorland and dense forests, lies Landal PUUR Exloo. In the resort's final delivery phase, 4 and 6 bed extra luxury wellness (ELW) recreation villas will become available in the Weidebos area, with a unique premium private spa. One of the two 10 bed villas has also been rated ELW due to its large wellness area. With the realisation of this latest phase, the park is complete and assumes a unique place in the range of accommodation on offer in Drenthe. The new Weidebos villas offer guests a next-level wellness experience of unprecedented value in every way. Here, after an active workout or brisk walk through the forest, guests can relax and unwind in the private indoor or private outdoor spa in the new Weidebos villas.
The 4 bed accommodation boasts an interior designed private indoor spa with steam shower, sauna and free-standing bath with stunning views. The 6 bed ELW villa features an outdoor private spa with a unique outdoor pool of luxuriously finished concrete, hanging beds and an outdoor shower. The sauna offers direct access to the great, green outdoors. Both villa types have 600 m² of private land and a landscaped garden, with evergreen plants providing year-round privacy.
Just like the other villas at Landal PUUR Exloo, these ELW homes were also developed by Kontour Vastgoed; they are sustainably built and equipped with, among other things, an air heat pump and underfloor heating. They all include a washing machine/tumble-drier, smart TV, Denon sound system, free Wi-Fi, sauna, solar/rain shower and Quooker hot water supply in the kitchen.
