Official key handover for new international headquarters in Amsterdam for holiday parks provider
Transformation of office building Landal GreenParks and Roompot kicks off
The transformation of the office at 133 Wibautstraat in Amsterdam will start on 1 November. Next year, this will provide the new Landal - the merged Roompot and Landal GreenParks - a central, international headquarters that supports its ambition to become the European leader in holidays in a natural environment. With this new strategically located headquarters, the holiday parks provider is taking an important step towards greater collaboration, connection and growth.
Amsterdam offers a strategic location that is well positioned to collaborate with international partners and colleagues, and to attract talent. The new head office provides space to further professionalise the organisation and form a 'Team Happy Place' together. This will serve to support over 300 holiday parks in Europe and their corresponding development.
With the new location in Amsterdam, Roompot and Landal GreenParks are building a future in which cooperation and connection are central - all with the aim of becoming the undisputed European market leader in holidays in the natural environment.
Roompot and Landal GreenParks announced earlier this year that permanent Dutch office staff will move to the new location in Amsterdam in March 2025. The move to a single international headquarters will enable more efficient collaboration and stronger connections with colleagues, both in the Netherlands and internationally, including the teams at the holiday parks in the various countries. Around 300 employees will move into the premises next year. Specific departments such as Guest Service and Logistics will continue their work from Goes, and the Shared Service Centre for the Finance Department and Home Owner Relations are based in Zwolle.
Leading commercial property company CBRE fitted out the new office building on Wibautstraat and is playing a key role in the transformation of the space. In collaboration with CBRE, the office will be designed to seamlessly match Landal's new brand identity. Thanks to CBRE's expertise, the new headquarters will not only meet functional requirements but also reflect the brand's core values, with an interior design that supports and encourages collaboration, connection, growth and innovation. The holiday provider expects to open its doors in Amsterdam's Wibautstraat in March 2025.
