Statement Landal Barnsoul
We have recently been made aware of an ongoing issue surrounding the sale of plots by a company called Landal Belvedere Developments Ltd on the Landal Barnsoul site and an undeveloped site referred to as “Landal Belvedere” or Barncrosh. We recently learned that the name Landal and our brand was used by this company in sales of plots at these sites without our permission or approval. Landal and our businesses have absolutely no involvement with or association to Landal Belvedere Developments Ltd and have no dealings with its sole director and owner, Mr Andrew Anderson or his other companies, amongst which Apple Invest Ltd. Until very recently we were unaware that external parties were selling plots on these sites purportedly associated with the Landal brand. Steps are being taken by Landal GreenParks (UK) Limited to cease the unauthorised use of our name, brand and logo.
Landal Barnsoul
For the avoidance of doubt, Landal GreenParks (UK) Limited are the current appointed management company for the Landal Barnsoul holiday park at the Barnsoul site, marketing and administering bookings of holiday accommodation at Landal Barnsoul. Landal GreenParks (UK) Limited is neither responsible for nor involved in the sale of plots for investment at the Barnsoul site, nor in making any payments to investors.
Landal Belvedere
We are aware that materials have been shared that incorrectly state that Landal GreenParks (UK) Limited are the appointment management company for the site known as “Landal Belvedere”. This is incorrect, and neither Landal GreenParks (UK) Limited nor its related companies are currently associated to or are contracted to operate at the “Landal Belvedere” site.
We appreciate this may be a very distressing situation for those people who may have been victimised by this scheme. Our investigations into this matter are ongoing, but we wish to reassure you that we are taking this matter very seriously.
